Blue Cave Tour

Service Description

- Start Kotor:The tour starts at a meeting point in Kotor, and the speed boat sail through a beautiful bay of Kotor starts. In this part of the tour the guests enjoy a beautiful scenery of Kotor bay as well as the panoramic view on the old fisherman villages next to which the speedboat passes on the way to Blue cave. -Blue cave: The sail from Kotor meeting point towards the Blue Cave lasts about 1 hour. As we arrive to the Blue cave with the speed boat, we sail inside of the cave and make a swimm and photo break .Our guests spend around 20 min inside of a Blue cave, which is Montenegrian natural fenomen of intact nature. The interaction of sunlight and Adriatic sea make the unique tirquise color after which the cave is know for. While the guests swimm , they can use the included snorkeling equipment. - Mamula Fortress : After swimming in a Blue cave, we sail around 15 minutes towards old austro-ungarian fortress Mamula, situated on a small Island at the entrance of Kotor bay. The guests will have an opportunity to make photos, as here we slow down for a photo stop. - Yugoslavian submarine tunnels: After a panoramic view of Mamula island we continue the sail toward the old Yugoslavian submarine tunnels (sail duration 20 min) in Lustica peninsula, which are not in usage today but in the old times they were used to keep the Yugoslavian navy fleet and submarines safe. Our guests get to enjoy a 5 min photo stop inside the tunnels. -Our Lady of the Rocks :Next stop is only 10 minutes sail further,a beautiful 15th century artificial Our Lady of the Rocks Island. This island was built by a human hand. It is a must see place in a heart of the picturesque Kotor bay. We make a stop at the Our Lady of the Rocks Island so the guests have an opportunity to walk around the island and visit a small 17th century church built on the island. The guests have 20 minutes of free time on the island and then we had back to Kotor, where the tour ends (sail duration back to Kotor is 30 minutes).
